The Direct Electrochemical Detection of Hepatitis B Virus
نویسندگان
چکیده
The direct electrochemistry of hepatitis B virus containing the covalently closed circular DNA (HBV cccDNA) is realized at pretreated glassy carbon electrode (PGCE). It essential that electron transfer guanine (G) and adenine (A) on HBV cccDNA strand captured by microwave irradiation to melt into ssDNA. irreversible adsorption diffusion controlled processes G A are revealed cyclic voltammetry with participating 2 protons electrons respectively. In addition, we found there two oxidation peaks in whole blood HBV. Nevertheless, only one peak normal people. According this difference sample, it can be used screen quickly infection or carriers clinic large area donors.

The Absence of Hepatitis C Virus Infection Among Patients with Hepatitis B virus in Mashhad, Iran
Background and Aims: Many studies have provided evidence for the role of hepatitis B and C viruses in the development of liver cancer. Although the routine treatment is available for both conditions, no definite guideline is available to treat patients dually infected with HBV and HCV. This study was performed to determine the frequency of HBV/HCV-coinfection in Mashhad, North-East of Iran. Mat...
متن کاملDetection of SENV Virus in Healthy, Hepatitis B- and Hepatitis C-Infected Individuals in Yazd Province, Iran
Background: SEN virus (SENV) is the latest virus proposed as a cause of unknown hepatitis cases. Among nine detected genotypes of the virus, genotypes D and H are more frequent in hepatitis cases of unknown origin. The aim of this study was to determine the frequency of SENV-D and SENV-H genotypes in the sera of healthy individuals and hepatitis B and C patients. Methods: Totally, 200 serum sam...
متن کاملDetection of hepatitis B virus in the aqueous humor of a hepatitis B virus carrier.
The prevalence of hepatitis B virus (HBV) is particularly high in Asian countries, including Taiwan. Previous studies have reported detection of HBV surface antigens in tears and aqueous humor of HBV-seropositive individuals, suggesting that ophthalmologists may be at risk of contracting HBV infection by treatment of such patients. Herein we report the case of an asymptomatic Taiwanese HBV pati...
متن کاملSignificance of Hepatitis B Core Antibody as the Only Marker of Hepatitis B Virus Infection in High Risk Patients
Background and Objective: Presence of hepatitis B core antibody (anti-HBc) in the absence of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and hepatitis B surface antibody (anti-HBs) is defined, as isolated anti-HBc. little is known about the clinical significance of the isolated anti-HBc in hepatitis B virus (HBV) infections. The aim of this study was to assess the significance of anti-HBc as the onl...
متن کاملPrevalence of Hepatitis B virus, Hepatitis C virus and human immunodeficiency virus infections among patients candidate for orthopedic trauma surgeries
Background: Infectious diseases are major public health problems, among which blood-borne ones are the most important infections. Patients who undergo orthopedic surgery are at higher risk of transmitting infectious diseases from and to others, due to repeated blood examinations and injection, drains secretion and receiving blood products. Accordingly, in this study we determined prevalence of ...
